My husband and I need to do a Texas Refinance on our Houston mortgage.  When we bought our home we were at a high interest rate due to our credit.  Now we need to find a Houston refinance company so we can lower our interest rates and payments.  We've had our Houston mortgage long enough to establish good credit and now finding a Texas Refinance will really alleviate some of our financial strain.  A Houston Refinance of our mortgage will lower our payment considerably.  We’re crossing our fingers that we get approved for this Texas Refinance.
